Climbing the ladder to exalted states often begins with allowing lower density emotions to fully flow.
Through allowing the full spectrum of emotional energies to flow fully through the heart, through self compassion, they are transmuted naturally.
From here one can climb the ladder into exalted states within the heart, but not as a form of resistance. If there is force or resistance, you’ll get nothing but more of what you don’t want.
Within the point of surrender it takes to fully embrace whatever is arising, you can apply gratitude and deep reverence for your experience, which will up level your heart to the exalted state of devotion. In the state of devotion one can dissolve completely into the force of universal love.
There is a big misunderstanding in our current scientific - materialistic culture. Which is that devotion or worship has to equal the personification of a deity.
It does not.
One can worship the sacred. The sacred as the life giving force that animates everything in existence, including ourselves.
One can have a deep reverence and respect, that gives birth to devotion and worship, as a portal through the heart, to a state of unity consciousness.
No personification necessary. You can worship life itself.
Through worship and finding life itself sacred, you are placing yourself in a state of humility in relation to it.
This is the proper place to put ourselves, to remain truly receptive to those forces which are much greater than ourselves.
However, this is not a belittling, more than or less than game. It exists within us yes, but we do not possess the totality of it, therefore bowing to it is appropriate. So we are both an expression of this sacred force, and because we are only but one part of it, we remain humble to it.
Many are repulsed by this expression of humility through reverence and devotion, and therefore worship of the sacred, because they have religious trauma inflicted by dogmatic traditions that seek to subjugate through dominance rather than uplift through love. And because these traditions limit the expression of the sacred to a very narrowly defined archetype, it makes sense that many would reject this dogma, and with it, throw out the baby with the bath water.
Yet I can’t help but feel at times, when my senses are in an awakened - heightened state, I can’t help but be in absolute awe, that we are all so lucky to be here having this insanely beautiful sensorial experience. There is so much opportunity for illumination - for love - for these exalted states.
I know it can be a challenge to remember at times. I think that’s why I spend so much time talking about how to work with negative emotion - density - pain - trauma. I really want people to see the path through it and understand its purpose.
I think it would benefit us greatly, if as a culture we were able to come back into reverence and worship with creation. To get out of this cold - calculated - materialistic relationship with existence. With ourselves. With each other. To learn how to be in deep reverence to all that arises both within and without.
What do you think the world would be like, how would things shift, if we had a mass awakening on this level?
I agree one hundred percent Kaya.
I often find it difficult to express my thoughts. You have done it for me in this case. Thank you! 🙏
I suspect that our “reality” would change in an instant if people weren’t so caught up in the material. We’ve been trained since birth to conform, much to our detriment.
Have a Glorious Day Kaya! 💖
Tantric practice for thousands of years has spun around the esoteric practice of embodying deity. This is the real stuff, dark, genuine, even homicidal.
Here in microplastic land people have an estranged, pathetic notion of what deity embodiment entails. Its very congruent with the thinking that mystery is a shitty novel by some pseudonymous ghost writer.
Frankly, these type of small concepts, easily held in the mind have little power.
If I could imagine one thing that would truly transform human experience, its the raw, unfiltered meeting with the numinous.
Everything else be damned.
